Practice the conversation before it counts.
Practice interviews, standups and tough work conversations with AI that plays the people in the room. Then see exactly how they heard you.
Brnq (said brink) isn’t open yet. The demo uses invented people and data.

A panel, not a chatbot
Three people with their own voices, roles and agendas. They follow up, push back and sometimes cut in, the way real panels do.
Evidence you can check
Every number in your debrief opens the exact words it came from. If there’s no moment to show, there’s no number.
One thing to fix
No overall score, no streaks, no leaderboard. Just the single change that would have moved the room most.
Three steps, about half an hour.
- 01
Set the scene
Pick your field, role and what’s coming. Add the job description if you have it; the panel reads it first.
- 02
Answer out loud
Three panelists with their own voices and a distinct goal. They follow up, and sometimes cut in.
- 03
Read how you were heard
Say what you meant to land first. Then see each panelist’s read, the moments behind it, and one thing to fix next.
From your first interview to the top table.
The conversations change as you rise. The practice doesn’t. We start with the interview, the standup and pushing back, and add rooms as we test them.

Features
Every panelist wants something. You find out after.
Each one has a role, a way of asking and a distinct goal. Their goals stay hidden until the debrief, so you practice reading the room, not a rubric.
Every number opens the moment it came from.
No overall score, no streaks. Tap “we × 6” and you see the six times, in your own words, with the timestamp. If we can’t show the moment, we don’t show the number.
“So last year we moved our ledger service to a new database. It was, you know, a big migration, so like we had to plan it carefully. We moved the ledger service first, and then we handled the cut-over at night. There was a reconciliation bug, and we caught it in about two hours, and we rolled back the affected batch.”

No. Panelists are written characters with a field, a voice and a distinct goal. If you want a real person in the room, invite a coach; they can pause the panel and talk to you privately.
Only you, unless you share one. A coach you invite sees that session. Programme organisers see totals across the cohort, never your words.
There’s no overall score. Each panelist tells you how they heard you, every number opens the moment it came from, and you get one thing to fix next.
Sessions hold up to 25 minutes. The minutes you don’t use go back to your balance.
Yes. Prices show in naira or dollars from one published rate that changes at most once a month, never mid-subscription.
Organisers get a code for each cohort. Learners enter it when they join, and their sessions are covered for the length of the programme.
Your next big conversation is already on the calendar.
Join the waitlist and we’ll write when there’s a seat. Two sessions a month will be free, and you can bring someone you trust as coach.
